Documents we Need
Required Documents for Application
1. Passport Front Page (Valid for 1 year at least)
2. Highest Degree Notarized (If you are applying for a master’s degree you need a bachelor’s degree, if you are applying for PhD degree you need both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree)
Note: If your degree is not completed yet, you need HOPE CERTIFICATE or Provisional Certificate from your university.
3. Transcripts Notarized (If you are applying for a master’s degree you need a bachelor’s Transcripts, if you are applying for a PhD degree you need both a master’s and a bachelor’s Transcripts)
4. Research Proposal (PhD, 1500-2500 Words) or Study Plan (Master’s, 1000- 1500 words)
5. English Proficiency Certificate.
6. Two Recommendation Letters (by Associate Professors or Professor).
7. Foreigner Physical Form
8. Non-Criminal Certificate (Police Character Certificate)
9. CV

Get photocopies of each degree and transcript and go to Kachehri to find an official office or advocate who has notary public stamp, he will stamp your photocopies of the degree and transcript. (Remember photocopies, not original)
Go to your previous university from where you get the latest degree and ask them to provide this certificate which will show that your previous degree was English taught.
You need to ask your previous university associate professor or professor to write a letter for you for higher study in China. You need 2 letters from 2 different professors. (Remember associate professor or professors only, no lecturer or assistant professor). Must mention full name, title of professor designation, email, and phone number.
There is an official format of China, you need to download it or get from us. Then you have to fix a photo of you on it and go to local hospital or any doctor who can do the required laboratory tests and fill this form and then sign it at the end of the form and also on the photo which is attached on this form. Stamp on photo should be half on photo and half on form. You also need to get these test reports from the doctor because some universities required the reports as well and some doesn’t require.
Go to your local police station and get it from them. In Pakistan, You can apply online on Police App or by going to Police Khidmat Markaz.
Go to your nearest Passport Office with your original CNIC and required documents. Fill out the passport application form, provide fingerprints and photo, and pay the passport fee. You can choose normal or urgent processing depending on how quickly you need it.
