Required Documents for Application
1. Passport Front Page (Valid for 1 year at least)
2. Highest Degree Notarized (If you are applying for a master’s degree, you need a bachelor’s degree; if you are applying for PhD degree, you need both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree.)
Note: If your degree is not completed yet, you need a HOPE CERTIFICATE or Provisional Certificate from your university.
3. Transcripts Notarized (If you are applying for a master’s degree, you need a bachelor’s transcript; if you are applying for a PhD degree, you need both a master’s and a bachelor’s transcript.)
4. Research Proposal (PhD, 1500-2500 Words) or Study Plan (Master’s, 1000- 1500 words)
5. English Proficiency Certificate.
6. Two Recommendation Letters (by Associate Professors or Professors).
7. Foreigner Physical Form
8. Non-Criminal Certificate (Latest Police Character Certificate)
9. CV
10. Photo (White Background)

Get photocopies of each degree and transcript and go to Kachehri to find an official office or advocate who has a notary public stamp; he will stamp your photocopies of the degree and transcript. (Remember photocopies, not originals.)
Go to your previous university from where you got the latest degree and ask them to provide this certificate, which will show that your previous degree was taught in English.
You need to ask your previous university associate professor or professor to write a letter for you for higher study in China. You need 2 letters from 2 different professors. (Remember associate professor or professors only, no lecturer or assistant professor). Must mention full name, title of professor designation, email, and phone number. Also mention the latest date (Like If you are applying for September 2026 intake, then your dates should be September 2025 and later but you can not use letters having dates earlier than september 2025)
There is an official format of China; you need to download it or get it from us. Then you have to fix a photo of you on it and go to a local hospital or any doctor who can do the required laboratory tests and fill out this form and then sign it at the end of the form and also on the photo that is attached to this form. The stamp on the photo should be half on the photo and half on the form. You also need to get these test reports from the doctor because some universities require the reports as well, and some don’t require them. Try to fill in on the computer or write in capital letters so that others can read it easily (Get in the lastest date because its validity is only 6 months.)
Go to your local police station and get it from them. In Pakistan, you can apply online on the Police App or by going to Police Khidmat Markaz. (Get in the latest date, as its validity is only 6 months.)
Go to your nearest Passport Office with your original CNIC and required documents. Fill out the passport application form, provide fingerprints and photo, and pay the passport fee. You can choose normal or urgent processing depending on how quickly you need it.
